Many people seek therapy after spending a long time trying to manage things on their own. You may appear to be functioning well on the outside, yet internally feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted. Therapy can offer space to slow down, reflect, and begin to understand what’s happening beneath the surface.
At Spark Relief Counselling Services, therapy is offered in a calm, supportive, and thoughtful environment where you can explore your experiences at a pace that feels right for you. The goal is not quick fixes, but meaningful and sustainable change.
Meet your Therapist:
Christina Rambhajue: Owner and Founder of Spark Relief Counselling Services
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and am registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I provide psychotherapy in accordance with professional and ethical standards, offering care that is tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
How I Work:
My approach to therapy is collaborative, paced, and client-centred. I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel heard, respected, and not rushed. Sessions focus on understanding emotional patterns, developing insight, and building practical tools that support long-term wellbeing.
I work with adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, emotional overwhelm, stress, low mood, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. Many of the individuals I support are high-functioning, carry significant responsibility, and are accustomed to putting others’ needs before their own.
Finding the right therapist is an important decision. Reaching out is a first step to determine whether this feels like the right fit. You’re welcome to book a brief consultation to explore next steps.
